attentive bartender great drink glass of wine air conditioning busy schedule new room
the lobby bar bartender was very attentive. they made some great drinks. i spent some time at the pool with a glass of wine. it was relaxing.
my room upgrade was a view of air conditioning units. i mentioned this, and their reply was they were busy and that's all they had. they changed it after i explained that i have been visiting since 2019. the new room was better, but not much better.

A Charmed Stay in the Heart of It All
ideal location vibrant atmosphere plenty of lounge chairs
The location proved ideal for exploring nearby attractions. I easily walked to popular landmarks and enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere. Staff members were always available and ready to help with any request. Their dedication was evident. The pool area provided a wonderful place for relaxation. The water was clean, and there were plenty of lounge chairs.
The elevators seemed slow and sometimes out of service. I had to wait longer than expected on a couple of occasions. This inconvenience impacted my overall experience to a degree.

This location is convenient. Many famous attractions are within easy walking distance. Public transport is also nearby, allowing easy travel to other parts of the area. The hotel's central position offers unparalleled access to the district's entertainment and dining options.

The staff provides prompt assistance. They are friendly and helpful. Concierge services include tour bookings and car rentals. Housekeeping ensures rooms remain clean with daily service and attention to detail.

My room featured a king-size bed and city views. It also included a well-stocked minibar and a modern television. The bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

I found the bed and pillows to be very comfortable. Our room was recently refurbished with modern touches. The hotel staff seemed friendly and cute. They created a positive atmosphere.
The pool was closed for a private event . This limited access to a key amenity. The hotel did not inform me about this closure beforehand. The lobby was also closed for private functions. This was quite inconvenient.

excellent location comfortable bed helpful staff
the location was excellent for exploring nearby attractions i liked the room size it was a king studio the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. staff were helpful with directions and recommendations for local dining options the hotel has an interesting history. the poolside area was clean and well-kept.
the elevators seemed a bit slow at times i waited a while

Mixed Feelings About This Stay
broken elevator dingy carpet
The location was convenient for seeing the Hollywood attractions.
The elevators were a joke. Only one seemed to be working. I had to use the service elevator multiple times. The room itself showed wear and tear. The black carpet in the hallways looked dingy, it always looked like it needed a good vacuum.
